Testing and Validation 

Challenge
The customer needed to perform validation tests using the final production material. A prototype produced through CNC machining was not suitable, as it did not replicate the behaviour and performance of the part in the specific injection-moulded material.

Solution
With Quick Mould, validation tests were carried out directly on the final material. Delivery of the parts was even faster than with the CNC solution, allowing the customer to complete a design modification cycle in just one day.
